A Seasonal Shift Within | Pt 1

Field notes on shifting & evolving in Motherhood
1

Welcome to this 2-part series:
A Seasonal Shift Within

It’s really common as we begin to shift into the energy of Springtime to feel something stirring within.

To feel like you’re shedding a skin, as though something fresh and new is wanting to emerge in you. To be opening to the sense that a new (life) season is beckoning. Meanwhile, motherhood and other commitments continue to need your attention and it’s not always easy to meet yourself in this inner shift.

It’s so normal to feel a new version of you emerging. To feel like you’re ready for a change of energy, pace or way of being. To have a growing appetite for calling in what will bring you to life even more.

In A Seasonal Shift Within I’m sharing my field notes from the many times I’ve found myself shifting and opening to who I’m becoming, along my motherhood journey... some of the helpful beliefs, reflection processes and ways of meeting myself that I lean into when something is shedding, emerging or beginning to unfurl...

Listen in for Part 1…

Hit play above & listen in for:

  • What stops us listening deeply to these inner shifts - and it’s not only that we don’t have the time and space to think whole thoughts, though we’ll talk more about this important part of the picture in part 2!

  • The resistance, stories and fears we have about whether or not it’s ok for us to change and evolve

  • How self-doubt and mum-guilt can be the first guests to the party

  • And I share 5 helpful beliefs I’ve woven to help me navigate my own shifts from life season to life season without being derailed by all the reasons I ‘should’ stay the same

Episode length: 24 minutes 40 seconds

Questions you might like to sit with after listening

These might be helpful for journaling on or just to mull over:

  • What spoke to me the most listening to this?

  • How would I describe what’s shifting in me right now?

  • What are my feelings about what this shift means? What are my worries?

  • Which of the 5 helpful beliefs feel interesting to sit with?

If this has been helpful, you might like to take a look at my new small group coaching journey BECOMING

BECOMING is perfect for when something is shifting. When you’re beginning to open to this next latest version of you and what her wants, hopes and dreams are for this next life season.

Starting towards the end of April, we meet for 6 fortnightly calls over 10 weeks (with support in between) to deliciously explore what’s shifting for you, find clarity over what’s important in this next chapter or season and what will bring you even more to life.

We’ll meet any self-doubt and mum guilt that crops up with absolute compassion and give you evidence-based tools to move through this without it derailing you.

Our small group calls (up to 5 people) will be warm and supportive - you’ll feel seen, heard and encouraged - and it's my intention that by the end of our 10 weeks, you’ll have exhale-inducing clarity and a from-the-heart-of-you vision for where you’re heading and what you’re calling in. You'll have strategies for moving forward, growing your self belief as you go.

At the time of posting, 3 spaces have already filled and there are 2 spaces remaining.

All the info on BECOMING is here and I’d love to have you join us if this feels ideal for where you are right now. Feel so welcome to book in a call to chat with me about this or be in touch with your questions. Or dive right in and sign up if it already feels like a yes!
